After spending years working in various organisations across different sectors, I began to notice a recurring pattern: the work I was hired to do – the core admin and invoicing tasks – could often be completed in just a few hours a day.

I’d find myself finishing my tasks well before the day ended, looking for more work, or stepping in to help others. I became the go-to person – multi-skilled, dependable, and always ready to jump in. But behind that hustle, a thought kept brewing:

The answer, I realised, was no. And that’s where the idea for SF Invoice & Admin was born.
