Do you work evenings or weekends?

Yes — I provide flexible support and am available outside of typical 9–5 hours. I understand that business doesn’t always fit into a traditional schedule, so I’m here when you need me, including evenings and weekends for urgent tasks.

How does payment work?

All packages are paid upfront before any work begins. There are no refunds, but if you don’t use your package that month, it can be rolled over and used at a later date.

Do you offer custom packages?

Yes! I understand that every business is different, so if none of the standard packages suit your needs, I’m happy to discuss a tailored solution just for you.

How quickly will I receive the Invoice Tracker if I purchase it?

If you purchase the Invoice Tracker add-on, you’ll receive a basic unbranded Excel tracker via email within 24 hours of purchase.

Will I need to provide you with equipment or system access?

If your systems require special software or internal access, you may need to provide a company laptop. Alternatively, I can use my own secure laptop protected with Norton Security, as long as you’re comfortable with remote access.

Is our information kept confidential?

Absolutely. Confidentiality is a top priority. Any access details, passwords, or sensitive information will be handled securely and disposed of at the end of the working relationship or package, unless otherwise agreed.

Can we meet before getting started?

Yes! I always recommend a Zoom or face-to-face meeting before starting to ensure we’re aligned on your needs, expectations, and goals. Communication is key to a successful working relationship.

How long does a support package last?

Most packages run for 30 days, giving you ongoing support without long-term commitment. You can renew at the end of each period or upgrade/downgrade based on your changing needs.

What if I need help urgently?

I'm just a message away. If something unexpected comes up, I’ll do my best to respond quickly and provide support—even at short notice.

Yes, I hold a business qualification and have several years of hands-on experience supporting busy professionals and small businesses. I’m highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident using a wide range of industry tools and platforms including:
