How It Works

I like to keep things simple and stress-free. Here’s how the process works:

1. Get in Touch

Once you’ve filled in the contact form and booked your free discovery call, I’ll get back to you within 48 hours. If you’ve scheduled a specific time, I’ll call you at that time or arrange a Zoom meeting—whichever you prefer. During our chat, we’ll go over your business needs, ideal clients or customers, and which support package would suit you best.

2. Tailored Support Plan

Every business is different, so I’ll take the time to understand your goals and recommend a plan that aligns with your needs. I offer a range of packages, each designed to give you peace of mind and consistent support.

3. Remote Working Setup

As your Virtual Assistant, I’ll be working remotely. To ensure a smooth setup:

  • If required, I may need a company laptop to access your systems securely.
  • If you'd prefer I use my own laptop, please note I use Norton Security for full protection. You must be comfortable with this before proceeding.

4. Contracts & Getting Started

Once we’ve agreed on the package that works best for you, a service agreement will be sent over for signing. After payment and contract confirmation, I’ll begin providing support for the duration of your chosen package (usually 30 days).

5. Invoice Tracker (Optional Add-On)

If you purchase the Invoice Tracker add-on, a basic unbranded Excel tracker will be emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase. It's a simple and effective way to keep on top of your invoices.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are made upfront. Please note that no refunds are available on request. However, if you purchase a package and no longer require support during that month, your package can be rolled over and used at a later date, giving you flexibility and peace of mind.

7. Communication & Check-ins

I prefer to meet via video call or in person (where possible) to clarify your expectations, outline tasks, and ensure we’re aligned from day one.

8. Wrap-up or Renew

At the end of your package:

  • Any company equipment (like a laptop) will be returned.
  • All passwords and sensitive data will be securely deleted unless you decide to renew your package for continued support.
